Our soils are derived by a process of collecting, sorting and composting organic materials. The main source materials are trees, logs, brush, leaves, plants, horse manure and stall bedding. The collected plant materials are sorted and sent through a grinder as needed to speed the composting process of the piles.  The manure compost is kept separate until mixing is required. All of the composting piles are temperature checked and moved down the line until they're ready for a final screening. Any required mixing of different types of compost starts during the screening process by alternating scoops into the screener. The finished screened compost products are moved to their respective final pile and sold.  Each individual soil and mulch product have a complete description on the products description page.
